Glad your gas is sorted bubbs.  That's really inconsiderate not letting you know when they were going to turn up.

Sary do hope your employers are better about being Covid secure this time.  Keep safe.

Looks like everyone likes the BGTY sausages so when I can get there I'll pick a pack up to try.  If we like them at least it would save a bit of money, although have to say DH is really fussy about sausages!

    Today's plan:

B - Brunch hash - cooked sliced potatoes (I used tinned!), onions, peppers & cherry tomatoes; I added egg on top as well but could have done with at least another one!  This isn't actually on the recipe.  It's another one from the new Fresh Start booklet - P; S; F
    L - not sure but probably burger & onions in a WM roll - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - chicken, leek and potato bake; broccoli - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - burger 0.5

Not sure of your line of work sary but you shouldn't be there unless it's absolutely impossible to work from home. Hope your boss sees sense. 😊 We have 2 Sainsbury's branches locally, one sells BGTY and one doesn't.  Perhaps it's size of store as one is marginally smaller than the other.  I wonder what happens with an online shop?🤔

Fingers crossed that the gas gets fixed and the pressure is back to normal bubbs

We had a box of M&S biscuits too ruby. DH finished the last of them yesterday and not one passed my lips either!  My main problem over Christmas was too many wine syns.  I stuck firmly to my planned treats otherwise. All I have left is a few water biscuits from the cheese that I barely got a look in with DH! They are only half a syn each so I may have them with cottage cheese sometime.

I'm having the beef stwe today for lunch. It's perfect for cold weather. It does have potatoes and parsnips but also plenty of carrots, leeks and onions so quite SW friendly.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S)
    L- Beef stew (P,S,F)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F) broccoli, asparagus, sugar snaps, tomato, mushrooms (S)
    Syns- 0

Change of plan!  Going over my syns as we're having the burgers in part baked baguette!  So that's going to be 18 syns in total but I can easily pull back those extra syns tomorrow reading for WI on Thursday morning.

Instead of the WM roll we'll have some Ryvita with Light Primula and I'll use less cheese on the chicken bake tonight to take account of it!  There are aways ways round these things, isn't there?

Our coffee machine has decided to start playing up and leaking all over the place so that has now got to go back for repair.  Being picked up sometime tomorrow.  It's only just over 6 months old so it's really disappointing - our old one lasted for years without a problem.

Hello everyone, back from my Christmas break, I have put on weight over the festivities but I have to say I expected it. I don’t feel like it’s the end or I have lost motivation, I feel like I have been on holiday from work and slimming world and im back and ready to take both by the horns, made like a slimming world chicken chasseur for lunches, packed with speed. The chasseur I had on its own. I’m going to be very good this week with plenty of water then weigh in as normal on Saturday – I haven’t weighed in since before Christmas, (apart from this morning which was showing 3-4 pounds) !

    B: Fruit and fiibre, milk

    L: Chicken chasseur Boiled egg

D Gammon Baked Potato beans and cheese or roast veg

Good to see you klew. We're all going to take a break from time to time for holidays, festivities, celebrations and the like. What matters is that when they're over you get back to plan and take up where you left off.  I think the problem is that some people sabotage themselves by just keeping going on the treats. One of my consultants used  the analogy of dropping your phone. If the screen was cracked you'd fix it, not keep stamping  all over it and make it even worse. 🤔

Thanks for the reminder about the water. I'll go and have some hot Ribena now! 😊

Shame about the coffee machine denise. Things don't seem built to last any more.

My consultant got back to me and I’m all signed up to a 12 week countdown. I didn’t like paying for it but I plan to be at target by the end of it and go back to being a target member. I’d though of going it alone but I do like groups and the website for its recipes. So that’s part of my motivation get to target so I don’t have to pay ever again 👍👍
    Today I’ve had
Breakfast - heb toast, scrambled egg and mushrooms
Dinner - left over pasta bake from yesterday
Tea  - a home made sw meal from the freezer with rice
Snacks - satsuma, pomegranate and if I want, a couple of dime bar sweets 1 syn each. I didn’t actually have any yesterday 😇 after I’d planned them
ive been playing about with the sw lifeline online.....I’m not sure I like the new site. I can’t find the lists of syns anywhere or the lists of Healthy extras.

The lists aren't on there any more milann - at least I haven't managed to find them!  You just have to put what you want to have in the planner and see if it comes up as HEB/HEA!  I don't think any of us actually like the new website, we all said at the time it was changed how unfriendly it is now.  The only good thing now is the barcode reader on the app!

Good luck on getting back to target during your Countdown.  In the 8+ years I've been at target I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times I've had to pay!
