Parking Fine in Edinburgh

Looking for some guidance on a parking fine issued to my daughter.
She is presently living in Scotland using my car registered in England.
She was issued with a fine on the 16th November. She ignored in citing it was private land and she saw a report on MSE that fines cannot be enforced on Private Land in Scotland. On Christmas Eve, I received the Parking Charge Notice through the post. The notice is issued by TNC Parking Services for a parking Company P4Parking (UK) Ltd. It does say in the notice about signage at the entrance to the car park and "....states this is private land".
Googling the car park location, P607 South Meadows, Edinburgh, EH19 1PF, I cannot find the car park, or even the exact location of the post code.
Clearly she is 'guilty as charged'. Saw the ticket on her screen. I suspect her comment about Private Land may not be valid as the car is registered in England. All that considered I find it strange I cannot find the location of the car park.
Any value in appealing? Or other steps recommended?

Which report on mse ?
A keeper in Scotland may not be liable , but a driver definitely is liable anywhere in the U K and drivers in Scotland have been taken to court before. Tell her to google Carly Mackie and see what happened to her on private land
Plan A is the best option here , that is my recommendation , plus googling Carly and reading the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum
POFA applies to an RK where the vehicle is registered in England and Wales , your case is more complicated by 2 different jurisdictions2 -
Just ignore this, but tell your daughter she needs to wise up, especially if she is using your car. If she parks in England or Wales so wantonly, you will be the one in the firing line, especially if you're wanting to protect the little angel. 👼Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Crikey, why is a noob getting all upset about this? Electrons have been inconvenienced, nothing else.Uptown_Boy said:Jim ... I asked you to PM a board guide to get your thread moved here. I did not in any way advise you to start a new thread!

Crikey, why is someone trolling me and getting upset about my posts which align with forum rules? Could it be that a newbie has read the rules more recently than an "established poster" and thus actually knows what they're talking about? 🙄Scrapit said:

Notwithstanding the fact that duplicating posts is a breach of forum rules, there's a reason why posts should be moved rather than new posts created ... the key one being context. But I suspect common sense has escaped you.4 -
How is asking a genuine question of a newb trolling? There is no issue and because you are new here you havent realised that. It will come, but give it time. And relax, you'll know when you are getting trolled. There are plenty here, but they tend not to target noobs.Uptown_Boy said:
