And just to reiterate ... unless their claim is for several PCNs amounting to more than £300 then there's not a chance in hell of them starting a Simple Procedure claim in Scotland. And if they foolishly tried to file an MCOL claim then you'd simply contest jurisdiction.

So the next letter has arrived. Notice to Issue Summons. 72 hours to pay from the date of the letter (7th May) which has already passed. If I don't pay, they will advise client to investigate immediate legal proceedings.
