Complain to the BPA that CIS are still threatening to issue summonses; something Steve Clark at the BPA was investigating last year. This is misleading crap to consumers that needs to stop. Neither the English nor the Scottish system allows for 72 hours 'pay up or else' threats.

I am no legal expert but if the PPC were to issue a court claim I believe it would have to be in Scotland because that is where the alleged event occurred. So the latest letter has arrived. Could have been over the last week as we have been away from Home for a week. This one is stating about 30 days. See the bold text.
