People don't come round knocking, Who on earth do you think this scum letter is from? It's not a bailiff! Why do people think this?
Because they do not do even the most basic research, it would appear that they have never heard of google.

Next letter has arrived.
Titled Notice of Intention to advise client to issue summons. Ignore this one too?

Wow - Intention to Advise. So nothing definite then. And does it actually say 'Summons'. Nothing to be concerned with! Who has actually sent this to you?Essex_Jim said:Next letter has arrived.

Letter from TNC Collections, same as earlier letters.
I suspect not. It came as a double sided document. Front side is the letter, reverse, how to pay. The letter states about settlement within 7 days of post mark.KeithP said:
Well they won't be issuing a summons, that's for sure.Essex_Jim said:Next letter has arrived.

Is it a valid Letter of Claim, as described in the second post of the NEWBIES thread?
No reference to 30 day deadline and no reply forms enclosed0 -
Debt beggar crap. Ignore it! TNC Collections are BPA AOS members and as such must follow the BPA Code of Practice which is very specific about operators' misrepresentation of authority. Check it out, then issue a complaint to the BPA.Essex_Jim said:Letter from TNC Collections, same as earlier letters.

It says, "hereon", and "whom took." That's proper legal jargon that is.
