    @longway2go :)
    You are spot on. I find myself looking for money saving everywhere I go. Today I went to upgrade a unit. It should cost and additional £160 but I asked for it to be within a £100 budget as I have paid in advance. I can't wait to get settled to create a new budget based on my temporary home. Then another when I finally move to my own house.

    I agree that budgeting becomes a way of life but it can be hard with a need to be flexible if circumstances change until things settle. I’m sure you will soon have things sorted & save lots of money along the way.

    Thanks MF, I am already beginning to feel more positive. I know the temporary home will offer some reprieve before the stress of moving again starts! :)

    Thanks SYA , It is true, it is the needing to be flexible when circumstances change that can be hard. I paid for everything I could in advance so I can create a monthly budget more easily when I move.

    Who knows, maybe your temporary one will be the one you want, if it's not then it will be a holiday allowing time to refocus on what you want.
