Thank you so much
We have had some excellent news this week and my little dude should have his op/proceedure within 8 weeks as they can see he (and we) desperately need something to help. It feels like such a relief so just awaiting letter and keeping fingers crossed he is not ill on the date they give us or it would need to be postponed.
Money wise savings are going OK, I think I may change strategy slightly when we get to 2k below target so that we can still top it up but also do other bits with it such as invest or OP the mortgage.
The next lot of work is being done on the BTL next week and money is put aside for that outside of the EF :-) after that we will need the original person to review what needs to be done but I feel like it's OK and bubbling along in the background.
I have started running and healthy eating (well more than I was but not good all the time) and will look to up this a bit next week when homeschooling stops.
All a bit of a whirlwind as normal here but overall in a positive place.
I hope everyone is well.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. That's great news! Time will fly by.
It's always worth doing an annual finance check, even if nothing changes, then you can adjust where you want to distribute funds.
The weather is picking up and it's easier to eat better and do more outside.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -

Just dropping in for a quick update, money wise this month we seem to be struggling to get to the end with money in the bank based on my projections so will review that but its OK.
My little boy had another flare up and is just recovering from that but we have a date and it's not 2 long to wait so onwards and upwards we go.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. Financial blips happen, treat them as a reminder to reassess income and outgoings.
Hope the little man feels better soon. You're probably already counting down the days.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2
