Thank you MF, I do agree it is time to start looking at what my forever home might need such as downstairs bathroom etc. There are some things I would really like in a home aswell such as bigger garden.
I think the first thing is focus on my health and get rid of the BTL and then a review to see where we are.

A little update from me,
I am feeling more and more tired from treatment and needing sleep during the day and also becoming increasingly achy.
We have given our tenant official notice so the house will be back in our hands from 1 Aug to do some work and hopefully sell asap to line up with etc in December.
We have looked at one house which looked lovely on RM but wasn't right when we went to look. We are looking at another next week and beginning to think about putting ours on the market.
