I also now have a 'sorry to see you go' message on my account re.electricity but gas is still shown on database as Daisy (AKA Yorkshire) despite the ' we are still transferring your gas supply' message from SP having disappeared over the weekend. I'm pretty sure SP think the switch is complete as my account changed to fully functional several days ago, and I'm surprised the gas database hasn't updated yet. I am going with Zog for gas and when I applied at the weekend they asked me what date I wanted the supply to start so I added a few days on to the normal timescale and asked for Feb 1st so they might not have even applied for the transfer yet, and if they can see that YE are still shown as my supplier they will obviously be able to guess what the situation is and I am just leaving it to them to make whatever progress they can at the appropriate time.0

- I have just received a telephone call from Sales at SP, asking me why I want to transfer out. I explained it was a cost issue and she tried to persuade me to stay by telling me that it would be cheaper to stay but switch to their January 2021 product. When I asked for the tariff specifics, it was immediately clear that this was not cheaper than the company I am switching to. She accepted this and also took my latest meter readings from me, as I want to be able to keep up to date. She confirmed that there would be no objections raised to the switch. (I had instigated this on 31st December, as soon as SP appeared on the national database as my supplier)

Still showing YE on both databases.So rang SP this morning and asked for an account number,Only to be told they can not give me one and no specific date when they will.I think that anyone like myself that did not fill in the DD details on the 7th Dec,Has been chucked to the bottom of the list.This situation is far worse than the mess with Breeze/BG.0

I've just checked the app and the option to amend DD has been removed, so I logged on via a web browser and can see the sorry to see you go message, so fingers crossed!This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune! :doh:

Reading between the lines and the fact that I have heard nothing since they asked for readings/DD details, the email says 'we haven't bothered with your account yet, so tough'.This is why I left them in 2017!

Checked our bank account. It shows a DD to SP, although we still haven’t had any details or signed a DD mandate! Still nothing from SP.0
