    I requested a switch to green.energy yesterday. Just looked in my online account with them to see 'Electric Rejected' but so far the gas switch appears to be on track.

    Thanks for the update. If you get in touch with Green, they might be able to find out when you have the all clear to switch again and retry for you.
  • So it seems like Daisy/YE are still showing up as the gas supplier for a lot of people, but for electricity it's SP?
  • Not for me, I'm still shown as being with Yorkshire for both. I replied to the Dec 7th email reasonably quickly, on the morning of the 9th.

    Checking my records again I too replied to that one (and only) SP email on 9th December.  So possibly explains why some of us are not yet seeing SP as the supplier of electricity/gas whereas others replied the same day as receipt.

    Both my Gas and now my Electric are showing as Switch Completed on the SP app.  Edit: even though web login says Electric is still in process of being switched..good to see they can keep things in sync!  I also see that they have changed the DD amount...it was £47.78 as of yesterday (being 50% of old YE DD presumably as Gas only had completed) to now being £57 for some obscure reason, although maybe taking into account my outstanding YE credit perhaps??

    Gas supplier is still showing Daisy on Find My Supplier even though SP showed that as Switch Complete a few days ago (maybe too early this morning ...hopefully it'll change later on?).  Electric was already showing as SP on the database the other day.

    So the question is do I risk starting a transfer now (esp as I'm owed around £120 by YE)...umm decisions decisions

    And looking at the meter read section they appear to have used my normal 30 Nov reading for the Electric rather than the reading I submitted in response to their email and which was showing on YE as 6/12/20 reading (there's nothing showing against Gas as opening reading yet).  Great...5 days extra at their rates.

    One person has already reported a failed electricity switch started two days ago, the risks of a failed switch have been discussed just a few posts earlier. If you are willing to put in the time, and your new supplier is cooperative, then you can just keep retrying.
    Still no indication my switch is completed on the SP app or website, just the national database.
  • I responded immediately to the 7th December letter from SP.  Like others, I received no response but phoned yesterday to be told my account would begin on 16th January and that I’d be on the Energy Exclusive tariff. I asked what I am on now, she said what you were on before. I established she was referring to my Yorkshire Energy tariff! I do hope so as it was considerably less than SP. I’m in no hurry to move over if this is the case. I shall start a transfer next week.
