  • I can't see my readings. My direct debit only just appeared so at least there's progress and I could set up my account. Annoyingly I gave them the wrong bank account for the direct debit so I won't get cashback from my 123lite account on it. I can't move around in the app or website at all yet though, it just says my switch is underway and they have my readings.  
  • Am I doing something wrong here. I can't find out anything by looking on their website. When I phoned them they couldn't give me any updated info, although they have had my readings since the 7th December. They gave me tariffs which bear no resemblance to anything online and when I try to find their Energy Exclusive Tariff avaiable to YE customers, it doesn't give me a dual fuel offfer and then tells me 'this page can't be found'.

    They have (perhaps inadvertently) pulled the tariff information from the website during a tidy up, but the link posted above by Shedman still works.

    Is this still the case?  I even requested a password reset but to no avail as I get exactly the same message below.  I've tried with a different browser as well but again the logon fails except it gives me the same logon page again!  Not the best advert to stay with the company.  The app fails to install on either of my android tablets so that avenue is not open to me.

    Yes, but I don't think you're missing anything.
  • Looks like the readings submitted to SP (via the initial link) are now showing up on the YE website and they are accurate in my case so it now appears that YE now have the correct closing meter reads delivered by the system backend and probably validated as well. And if YE have the correct and validated closing reads one would therefore assume that SP now have the correct validated opening reads. This week should see further movement.

    Interesting you can see the readings.  The meter reading section on my YE account has disappeared...not sure what to make of that.  My normal meter readings are submitted on last day of month and the bill for November was created and I also submitted the ones for 6th Dec to YE as well as SP but those have never shown on YE site...hope there not going to use 30 Nov readings as starting ones.....

    Looks like the readings submitted to SP (via the initial link) are now showing up on the YE website and they are accurate in my case so it now appears that YE now have the correct closing meter reads delivered by the system backend and probably validated as well. And if YE have the correct and validated closing reads one would therefore assume that SP now have the correct validated opening reads. This week should see further movement. 
    First sign of real progress and paves the way for final bills to be issued and credit balances transferred. Let's hope YE's efficient billing system doesn't let us down this time.

    Interesting that the meter reading I submitted on the 13th is the one used as the closing reading with Yorks.  No pro ratering at all.
