Just looked at the Scottish Power app and it says the switchover for my gas is complete (although Find My Supplier still shows supplier as Daisy). Still says it's processing the electric unfortunately. But hopefully progress anyway

Just logged on to my account and it says my gas Switch is complete and Electricity switch is underway. On the site, there is an option of entering my Electricity meter reading.
But when I check on my tariff, it is a standard variable tariff.

There's a updated message on SPs front page under the bit that says Welcome To YE customers and about 2/3rds way down under the subheading "What energy tariff will I move to.." there's a link to the Exclusive Energy tariiff by region

Since the 25th something has happened on the SP website as the 'Find Out More' link for YE takes me to page that was updated on 24th December. Unfortunately I now cannot logon to my account (via my web browser) and I have never been able to logon via the app. Still not had anything delivered to my email address since the initial contact from SP. An SP DD still showing on my list of DDs though.0

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
There's a fault isn't there. If I try to log in to my account, it looks like my details flash up for a fraction of a second (not long enough to be sure) but then it returns to the log in page and keeps doing this.0

I can't log in via a browser, get "Error loading this message", but I can still get the app to load, all that says it's the switch is underway and status "Meter readings received".
Maybe they have taken the site down thinking people won't be logging in on Christmas holidays?This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune! :doh:

I can still log in on both web and app, although web reverts back to login page of you click certain sections of the Account Overview options.What amused me though was that when I clicked on Meter Readings it showed an input box for a Gas Meter reading and alongside it said my last meter reading was 30 November 1902! That would have been when I still had Gas Lighting then I take it 😂....0
