I switched to Avro as they had the cheapest fixed rate with no exit fee & will keep an eye out for deals moving forward. Good news indeed - make a note in your diary for 8th March (6 weeks from the 25th). I should be approx 9 days behind you if my switch progresses without any final glitches. Irrespective of any YE refund due, they should give you your final bill within 6 weeks.
