I switched to Avro as they had the cheapest fixed rate with no exit fee & will keep an eye out for deals moving forward. I think it's around £20 a month cheaper than Scottish Power.

Or it would be if I can actually leave SP as they seem to still think they are supplying my Gas.

Good news indeed - make a note in your diary for 8th March (6 weeks from the 25th).  I should be approx 9 days behind you if my switch progresses without any final glitches.  Irrespective of any YE refund due, they should give you your final bill within 6 weeks.  You will now see if they are as slow to produce your final bill as they have been to produce fully functioning accounts.

They had better not, or my follow-up to my existing formal complaint to OFGEM will be extra scathing.
