    Count yourself lucky. I only have my Gas Meter reading showing. It's like the Electric just didn't happen. 

    There is at least an acknowledgement that both my gas and electric are switching away from them on Monday.

    There's also a request for closing reading from SP. I won't be submitting these to SP, as my new supplier has them already. It's business as usual as far as I'm concerned. Not in any rush for my YE credit either.

     Though, my theoretical 'masterplan' to under-read until I moved to a cheaper supplier went up in the air when I had to give today's reading, so they could guestimate between two dates.  I reckon I'll be out of pocket by £5-10 at worst.
    I considered this, but it seemed a bit pointless when the standing charges with SP, were so high. The only thing that would mitigate that, would be a swift exit to another provider.

    Update: Well the wheels at SP are turning, slowly of course, today I had the "Your ScottishPower Tariff Information" email which says "We're pleased to let you know that your transfer from Yorkshire Energy is now well underway and your new ScottishPower account is currently being set up.This follows the energy regulator, Ofgem, appointing us to take over your energy supply as a result of Yorkshire Energy ceasing trading. Please be assured you're in safe hands - ScottishPower is a well-established energy supplier with a bright future."
    :D:D:D Well I wonder if they've had a lightbulb moment - the fact that we're not too pleased with them. Well I can't say what's happening in "My Account" as I can't login at present - it must be being updated again (as it was the other day!).Nothing new on my YE account.

    I got the same email yesterday as well.  Account still missing electric meter info.

                                           "  We are pleased to confirm that your switch went smoothly, and we will be supplying your energy from the 26/01/2021. Please log into your myAvro account and submit an opening meter reading. If you have any queries then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us."

    But when I try and enter my Gas readings it says 

    "Oops!

    We're currently waiting on your meter details from industry. This can take up to 7 days."

    I have entered my readings on SP site

    Just like to know does this mean my Gas has problems switching?

Please log into your myAvro account and submit an opening meter reading. If you have any queries then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us."

    But when I try and enter my Gas readings it says 

    "Oops!

    We're currently waiting on your meter details from industry. This can take up to 7 days."

    I have entered my readings on SP site

    Just like to know does this mean my Gas has problems switching?

    Seems fine. I usually find gas is quite slow to resolve itself after a switch. In my experience electric switches are far smoother.

    Curious about the meter details.  When I got my AVRO welcome pack 13th Jan (move date 3rd Feb) they had the meter point numbers for me to check (they were both correct).

    When did your electricity meter details first show on your Scottish Power account?

    Very early on the SoLR, can't see any details re Gas meter on SP, The gas meter details were on SP's site

    hmmmm.....

    I've 3 times now had to change the DD amount on my SP account, as it's reset itself to the YE DD amount. No problem with it letting me drop it again, but annoying. As I  only initiated switching a couple of days ago, I haven't yet got the "sorry you're leaving" banner on the SP account, but wary of the fact that others have reported the removal of ability to change DD once the switching banner is displayed......going to have to watch it like a hawk...

    I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D
