Any one else get one of these emails....
Can't possibly think of any suggestions for improvement as they're 100% already aren't they 🤣
Yes got this about 30 mins ago.  Did you speak to their customer services recently?  (I did yesterday)

Scottish Power have finally given me my Energy Exclusive tariff details. For the Norweb area they are gas 2.987 per kwh/20.444 per day and elec 15.354 per kwh/19.866 per day.
The Energy Exclusive tariff is not showing in the Cheap Energy club comparator, so as a workaround I selected Super saver Jan 2022 B3. For me with annual gas of 11300kwh and elec 4000kwh, the cost is within £7 per year.
The bad news is that there doesn't seem to be much to be saved by switching. Utility Point and Simplicity could save me up to £81 per year, but their service is unrated. Next Is EON, saving a paltry £38 per year. It still might be worth moving to get on a fixed tariff for a year.
I accept that these prices are a lot more that YE, but they are now history.
I also remember being with GB Energy when they went bump and the Coop took them over. In those rosy days, the Coop honoured the GB Energy tariff for the rest of the term - and the switch was very quick!
Strange,i live in Norweb area and mine are gas Ur 2.767p kWh  SC 23.33p per day   Elec UR 15.779p kWh  SC 20.77p per day?
That is strange as none of those figures seem to appear in the pdf of the tariff that SP issued (linked from the FAQ page) either with or without VAT or monthly DD or quarterly credit! Maybe @Gelfuk has negotiated a special deal ??

Sorry! I did put the wrong figures in my post. No special deals for me, I'm afraid - the rates are the same as @pallyman . The cost comparisons are still valid, though.

Got mine this morning, way bad move! I've started a switch to Green, thought that was the trigger. My answers weren't exactly complimentary.

Trust you received that assurance in writing because it's not mentioned in the terms and conditions for the Energy Exclusive tariff. In fact, they say:
    4. This is a variable tariff and prices may increase or decrease in the future; we’ll give you 30 days’ notice if our prices are increasing.

The blurb listed in the T & C linked in your post would appear to be at odds with what Ofgem's rules and guidance are for SOLR tariffs.

It matters not to me as I am leaving early February but those thinking of waiting with SP for a while longer (in anticipation of cheaper tariffs come spring say) should have 30 days to get a better tariff should SP ignore the Ofgem rules for SOLRs and a further 4+ months if they do follow these OFGEM  rules/guidelines.  If SP are intending to follow these guidelines, the wording of the energy exclusive should have been more precise.  I hope that adds a little clarity.

I'm not as brave as you...I'm going to wait until my switch actually completes tomorrow before giving them my very complimentary responses 🤔

If they try to up the tariff they will fall foul of OFGEM's rules and no doubt have to pay compensation, not that it bothers me as I'm off next week fingers crossed, soI don't need anything in writing

I am doing comparisons and there seems very little else out there really.
Cheaper than SP are Neo Energy, Simplicity & Utility Point but with not great cust service reviews. May stay where I am for now until the credit gets sorted.

I'm in the same situation, there is only a small saving.  Might wait until after winter to see if there are better deals.  I put my details into the Citizens Advice comparison tool, and when I go to the website of the energy firm to get a quote, it is completely different (and higher) compared to what Citizens Advice say.  Not impressed.

Make sure the name of the tariff is exactly the same.  Many suppliers (notably BG) only list their most expensive tariffs on their own website: their best deals are only available through some commercial comparison sites or third parties.

plus... the tariffs showing on the comparison sites are often out of date (i.e. no longer available to new customers) - I've found this over the last several weeks...

Anyway, on the back of readings now showing on SP, and the hopefully positive news on final YE bills, I pulled the trigger on switches this morning, Green leccy and Zog gas. £80 more than the YE tariff, but £150 less than SP's tariff...we'll see how it goes..
