Maybe. He runs a bank with a balance sheet at over 5 times the whole crypto market total. As you say he is corrupt so he is probably long bitcoin...

I said a while back everyone should have some Bitcoin in their portfolio.
Tom Lee's research at Fundstrat shows that if you have 1% btc in your portfolio not only do you get more upside but it protects downside.
