I got the maintenance screen just now so went to play store (android) and searched for the app.  There was an update.  Updated and now can get into my accounts fine.  Thanks for the suggestions

Almost certainly they've 'just' forgotten to put the stickers on this old batch of passbooks.

On something tangential, this developing thread really does show the benefit in separating discussion from the fantastic RS thread (especially once closed to new entrants)

Just rang the tipton and yes the sort code should be 20-27-33 and not 17 as my passbook states.
Nice lady said some passbooks got sent out without the change.

Still can't see how to log off so I allowed it to lapse, took 3/4 minutes. Not very secure though.

Had 2 phone calls - We can confirm sort code is 20-27-33 and not 20-27-17. As previously mentioned a sticker was not put on to cover the wrong sort code. We were thus able to do 15 SO`s this morning starting 1/12/20 to 1/2/22.

Still no logout button.

Doesn’t bother me. I swipe up & the app closes. If I reopen it I have to log in again so it must log off when I close the app.

I've just gone into the app and pleasantly surprised to see that my postal application has been accepted and is there alongside my online one. I've had nothing yet in the post but I've transferred my first payment and can now set up another one for Dec 1st. 

The bad news is I need to get another £100O into my feeder account before my standing orders go out on Tuesday! My Marcus account is being heavily drained now.

I have opened 5 regular savers this month alone.

Interesting. I've got both accounts though only the app based one is showing on the app. The passbook one is showing online.
