There has been an update to the App which may fix a couple of the glitches for people.
I also believe they will reopen the App based regular saver for new customers now the App is hopefully fully functional although may only allow £250 per month. Not sure if will be marketed as a new issue, possibly allowing thise already with it from last week to get another though suspect will prevent that with T&C with such a short time between their releases and I think was only pulled from sale due to technical issues.6 -
Passbooks and cheque deposits now complete for myself and OH although it did take 8 days in all - no problem and they have dated the cheque deposit 20/11 even though the money didn`t leave current account until today. In response to posts on regular saver thread by JamesRobinson48 and Veryintrigued, the sort code on our 2 passbooks for setting up SO`s is 20-27-17. On their website it gives 20-27-33 and this is also the sort code we used for last years Fixed Rate RS. Would other forumites please confirm which sort code in their passbook they have recently received. Need to know before setting up the 15 SO`s starting 1/12/20.

Below is a picture of two passbooks. One from the most recent incarnation and one from 1/1/19.
Both have 20-27-33 but looking more carefully this is because there is a sticker covering 20-27-17.
I think (pretty certain) you've been given a passbook without the sticker on.
If you check the top passbook you can hopefully just about see the old sort code (nn-nn-17).

Please could someone advise me about the Tipton app? For the past couple of days, whenever I key in my 6-digit PIN to enter the app, I always reach a screen which says: "Our System is under Maintenance, will be back shortly". Are other users of the app also repeatedly seeing that message? If anyone is actually managing to access the app, how may I also do so? Thanks in advance for any kind assistance! This is my only financial app so I've no experience.1

My passbook arrived yesterday and the sort code is also 20-27-17 and no sticker!

On something tangential, this developing thread really does show the benefit in separating discussion from the fantastic RS thread (especially once closed to new entrants)2 -
I have installed the app update on my new phone and now too get the System Maintenance screen.
However, on my old android, where I did not update the app, I can access and view my account perfectly.
Clearly another bug in their app.
They updated it to allegedly fix the inability to log out of the app.
