Looks like winners and losers,

Some have managed to get two accounts, others one and some a big fat zilch.

Not complaining, if I had been a bit quicker I to would have gone for the double.

I piad too much into my account but it was not rejected, I assume the interest won't apply to the money beyond the limit.

I couldn't see any way of logging out in the app. If you have Screen Lock engaged, is it not necessary to log out?

Online account: application posted FCP Tuesday 17/11 with a cheque. Credited 19/11 uncleared. Cheque hasn't hit the issuing bank.
App account applied for Wednesday 18/11. Letter dated 18/11 received today with the ID number and account number provided. That's quick.
Needed a bit of concentration re the account numbers when dealing with the FP to the app account.

I just rung them regarding my issue, they are aware of problems with the app.

Although my application didn't get processed before the account was pulled they are going to send me forms by post and open it manually for me. Very good customer service from a friendly advisor.

My cheque for the online account was credited by Tipton on 19/11 but it's not been cleared at my bank nor is it in pending. Which is strange. Anyone else in this position?

My cheque hasn't been cashed and nor has my account been opened.

I'm not concerned though - they're clearly busy (hence why they've already closed the accounts for new entrants).

Let's stay relaxed and let them get on with their job next week.

I too have asked. Hopefully, someone will get a response. At the moment, I have to force close the app.
