It was simply that we are now on page eight of a thread about a template appeal stage that's in the NEWBIES thread already and we are even being asked what to put in as a phone number.  This isn't anything to do with parking law.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Wow! so aggressive? If I were to make an error, you'd blame me for that too! Can't win can I?

Not aggressive.  Simply stat8 g the fact that you're doing the simplest task, with 99.9% prewritten fir you, and were told the outcome to achieve. We don't need to tell you every tedious detail. You're an adult.
  • Hello. The RK has sent off the appeal as directed. Trying to find the Landowners has proved difficult but they have been found, confirmation to follow. This has obviously delayed writing to them directly in order to appeal to them. A large company and a direct hit in terms who to address to with the letter would be desired but no such department can be found. Short of ringing HQ first and asking, any ideas that might be of help with this please?

Have they been mentioned before on this forum? Perhaps other threads have more detailed information.

If not, then write to someone at the top asking them to either deal with it or to find someone who can.

Who is this company? Why not mention them here?

    Custodian Reit Plc. KeithP.

Mentioned a couple of months ago by our regular posters @Castle and @Fruitcake in the thread: Parking Lie, Lidl/Travelodge, Portishead.

Maybe Fruitcake will be able to tell you who exactly in Custodian Reit Plc was helpful.

  • Further research today and I came across some information printed by This is MONEY, some horrific numbers on there. DVLA sold 6.8 million driver details to parking firms last year! I was looking to see if as a result of Covid19 were the number of days extended regards PCN's etc. Nothing found.

I thought it was over 8 million ?

Either way , it's old news to us

Covid doesn't change anything but you can assume that less journeys equals less PCN,s

To combat any 2020 changes , rules have been tightened up  , like grace periods
