Do you know for a fact that the landowner contacted the PPC? If yes then email back to the DPO of the PPC and state that you believe they have omitted some documentation (from the landowner to the PPC) that relates to you; such documentation is covered under a SAR as personal data is it relates to the data subject. They have 7 days to correctly fulfil the SAR else you'll report them to ICO.

I now also have the solicitor harassing me at work trying to contact me via reception.
    Errrm, do what??!

Exactly how and who is doing this and how did they get that data?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Glads.

They certainly did not get the data from me. I was careful to only contact them from my personal address, more for the consistency of keeping correspondence over a single address than anything else. Was presumably from LinkedIn

We have recorded lines in the office...

No. L&Q. But they also denied they had any control over the ticket, which I disputed, as there are accounts on here of them having done so for other users.

I've seen it recommended to highlight all breaches of process along the way as later evidence which I've obviously done. Guessing this isn't a deterrent against them taking it to court though as it's their client's call? Otherwise I'd copy them on my mail to the SRA

Wow. Gladstones really are pathetic aren't they? Just FYI, the SRA agree, and appear to have had enough of Gladstones as they are prosecuting them currently, so no harm in keeping them informed of further infractions...
