What is the best way to send a copy of my email to the court? I have a login for money claim online?D_P_Dance said:1, millions as long as they have an appropriate licence and your permission
2.. they have no right to this information
3. How could you possibly know that if you were not in or close to the car
If /when you reply send a copy to the court.0 -
If you have received the N180 DQ from the CCBC in Northampton (login and check your claim history ) you will nominate your local county court , when you fill it in , same email address as the Defence was sent to , the ccbcaq email address in the newbies FAQ sticky thread , listed in the Defence template post or thread ( all sticky threads )
But the CCBC is not a court
Your local court that you nominated will write to you in the future , not the CCBC , so you will be emailing that Court that you nominated , so check their website ( so the CCBC will no longer be involved )

So i spoke to them today regarding a settlement to end the back and forth. I’ve recently had a baby and don’t want the stress etc but they have said the lowest they can go too is £258 from £515.
do you think it’s worth settling or continue with my defence and see what the outcome is in court? I really don’t know what to do for the best. As they are scammers and feel reluctant to pay them anything.
also received my DQ today.0 -
No idea why you phoned them . Stop doing what we have NOT advised.
You are not meant to take their template letters seriously. You are advised to ignore it when they write and say they are proceeding and encourage you to ring them.
Just stop taking what they say seriously...you have defended the claim. You were on course and you should have asked us first before going off piste.
And now they have your number and can tell you are wobbling do expect phone calls and texts. Why do this to yourself?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hardly matters at this late stage. If you've a DCB Legal claim, just read the following thread and plan your strategy based on it.donkeydave said:How did this end up mummytobe3?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
