Dcb legal - letter of claim

hi there,
So I need some advice regarding a letter I’ve received from dcb legal today. It’s headed ‘letter of claim’ including a reply form and financial statements slip. And numbers for organisations offering free and non judgmental advice.
from other threads I’ve read on here it’s likely they will take Court action. I’ve read a lot of information of how to act on this but I’m very confused on who I make contact with first. Dcb legal or their client whom I do not know or received any parking letters from in the past. If I remember rightly the retail park used to send letters as euro car parks.

The PCN schedule states two separate issues. One on the 07/02/16 and the other on 21/10/16. With no time frame or evidence I was actually parked here on those dates.
What should my first action be to deal with this?!
I would be so grateful for any help with this. I am unemployed due to COVID and now I’ve received this and feel very stressed / worried as there asking for £310. With no breakdown of this figure.

You are at LBC stage, so you need to read the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread about LBC stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Complain to your MP as nine times out of ten these tickets are scams. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

A letter of claim requires an answer from you. You reply by asking for a breakdown of the claim and deny any debt. Let us know what they say.
Assume the parking ticket was £100
PS: DCBL will have included forms to complete ...... THAT'S A NO NO ... Nobody gives such information to scammers3 -

As stated in the newbies forum I have emailed DCBL and denied the debt and confirmed I have asked for an SAR from their client. CP plus have come back and out the claim on hold until I complete a form allowing them to access my data. I’ve also had to contact DVLA to confirm ownership of my vehicle but because of COVID there have limited staff and not really dealing with these requests at the moment and without this it looks like they won’t issue any evidence to the parking charges. I’m still waiting for Cp plus to respond.beamerguy said:Welcome to the world of scam
