I have not admitted to being the driver, I left this question blank on the SAR request form and I’ve denied the debt with DCB legal. I’m going back to the PPC today to ask where there legal company have added unlawful £60 Charge. And I’m also emailing dcb legal and stating the POFA2012. And see where it goes from there. Thank you all for your responses so far - it’s been very helpful.
That's good, ask them questions they cannot answer and if they do reply it will be rubbish and perfect to show a judge that the claim is fake.

No just a letter explaining the circumstances will suffice.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

No luck with the MP complaint as it’s got to the letter of claim stage. Worth a try I guess I’ve also made a complaint to BPA not sure if this will help anything.

And they are wrong, because LBC stage is NOT COURT STAGE and because all MPS help constituents with this scam.

Show them the Hansard debates from 2018 and ask, is the MP totally unaware of the new legislation and new statutory Code coming in and the huge interest in Parliament when this 'outrageous scam' was exposed?

Very sad really, there are some MP's who are fighting so hard NOT to be re-elected
