Feedback has been that the downstairs is too small - but that is on the floorplan.  I'm not sure how else to prepare people for that and avoid the disappointment when they get there?  Any ideas welcomed.
There also seems to be an issue with space for white goods in the kitchen - so we are going to remove a cupboard to show where the space would be for a dishwasher.  I am surprised that removing a cupboard is a good thing but there you go!

Err there's only 20 houses in the Close.  Next door but one is the nearest comparable sold for £295k 12 months ago and similar sq meterage, but they are detached.
No 59 would be round the corner on the main road, terraced and much smaller.  It's not the same house.

But most people can not visualise what x by x metres looks like , even harder with those awful photos and the fact the rooms are empty

Most people looking online want to see photos of a room which looks like the room they are being sold - a double bedroom taking a double bed with room to walk around and perhaps 2 bedside tables and storage

You are offering photos of an empty house, dire photos tbh so get the photos retaken and if you need to - dress the rooms

It says that there is a detached garage plus a carport, where is the detached garage?

I’m confused, doesn’t the kitchen already show a dishwasher in situ?
Do you think viewers are struggling to visualise with furniture, is it worth at least dressing the living room with sofa etc.,?

You can see it in photo 19 - We had a sectional powered door put on the front of the car port, perhaps when I redo the photos if I show a photo with this door up and seeing through to the garage?
