Thank you pamsdish. I suppose this would work for bubble & squeak too. I really fancy some and am trying to vary my breakfast from just variations on bacon and eggs & mushrooms & tomatoes. I am cooking a load of veg today so I will give it a go & freeze some for a quick breakfast with eggs/ bacon. I don’t like spinach or salmon or yoghurt so I am struggling for other ideas.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

a good dessert, is cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar free syrup, bit like a cheesecake and easy to make. ice cream is super easy, frozen berries, sugar free syrup and double cream whizzed up
I make 'bread' with 50g almond flour, 50g ground flaxseed, 1/2 tspn baking powder, 2 egg and spoonful of cream. it should be a porridgy consistency so you may need to add a little more cream. microwave for 4mins. you can vary this recipe by adding sugar free syrup and some cinnamon for a sweet bread or some garlic powder and herbs for more savoury

Phew mega day in the kitchen! I’ve prepped all the fixings for a taco salad bowl with a side of Keto nachos! They came out pretty good. I also made egg mayo for breakfast, doughnuts, blueberry fat bombs and jelly. I’m definitely trying to use more eggs to help my budget. Meat is getting so expensive now but eggs seem to be still moderately cheap.
Egg fast went really well, at least 5lbs down but weigh in is tomorrowGoal to Clear Debts £4592 Total Progress since 03/10/2020 £2802

I like to cook "fresh" most days and don`t enjoy eating the same daily, I freeze left overs , curry, ragu, stews, I cooked a swede the other day, stored in my fridge and will have to eat a portion today, so planning swede mash with belly pork and steamed cabbage.
Will put the left over portion of swede in the freezer, to join the others.Do I need it or just want it.3 -
@juicyjackieb that looks lovely! Be interested to know the recipe for your doughnuts too. I do a lot of batch cooking too and most meals during the week are from the freezer that I have cooked ahead.3
