  • I’m doing my best to like 90% dark chocolate, even with erythritol in it it’s so bitter! I did make fat bombs this weekend plus 3 x creamy Cajun Chicken and 5 x portions of fathead dough pizza for lunches.

Now I need to get my fitness plan sorted for the week, I’m already feeling stressed out about the morning workload so trying not get overwhelmed

    Have a good week everyone!

The pie was delish, piece of left over cooked brisket, deemed too fatty by my neighbour, made a fabulous dish, frozen half for future.

I like the chocolate pennies from Michael Moseleys recipe book. Melted 90% chocolate and make penny shapes on some greaseproof paper and add some flaked almonds and a raisin/sultana/dried cranberry to each penny. it makes it a bit more interesting

Just joining this thread as I am starting Michael Moseley's WOE due to high blood sugars and needing to lose 4 stone. Have done it twice before but Disneyland and lockdown put paid to my success (I am an emotional eater)
Started on Saturday and am doing 5:2 and TRE.

Welcome @lindens, I too have lost, regained, repeat, I really struggle with portion control, slight deviation from my menu, made some low carb linseed rolls and ate with hot dogs.
