pamsdish like you i am a serious carnivore and I love dairy and salad/veg too. thats why lowcarb has always suited me and why i eat this way all the time and have done for over 14 yrs.
candygirl i suspect nuts will be your friend, I dont lose if i eat too many but ymmv

My first attempt at this was also not great and I learned where I went wrong which was that I needed to sprinkle salt on the aubergine and leave it for 20 mins then wash it as it takes some moisture out. I then fried in olive oil before using as 'pasta' which worked. I use this and thinly sliced celeriac for a moussaka dish too.pamsdish said:

Sometimes use a low carb wrap as pasta and have made it using diet doctor recipe which has some kind of pasta sub included which works if you can keep it thin enough.2 -
