We had steak and mushrooms last night, today will be something with stewing steak, maybe a chunky chilli or stroganoff or maybe even a curry - can’t decide 🙄

went for Goulash in the end, warming for this delightful May Sunday 🥶

    Everything looks so good!!

I'm on week 5 of carnivore keto so it’s all very dull! I cooked up 2 packs of 69p bratwurst from Heron, a pack of yellow sticker bacon, a roast chicken for picking at all week with Nando’s sauce. I also tried out a recipe for Chaffle buns (to have with burgers or breakfast sandwiches using eggs and pork rinds; they came out great! I grabbed some wagyu beef burgers from Aldee Friday at 75% off so burgers a few nights for me this week. I am weightlifting 4 days a week so the high protein is great right now.

    Wishing everyone a good week!

Cottage pie with a swede mash, all frozen homecooked, think there is a little potato in the swede, but not a lot and I can cope with that.
