@shykins this is the electrolyte recipe we have,
300ml water,15ml apple cider vinegar, with mother,15ml lemon juice, fresh preferably, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, pinch of himalayan salt,
or you can just buy electrolyte tablets
decided on belly pork and swede in some form, it`s starting to look forlorn, will check other veg to see if anything else looking like needs using too.

Ps do any of you make chaffles? Just wondering if it's worth me buying a waffle maker 🤔

I love a chaffle - bought a turntable waffle maker from the Big River shop - eggs, cream cheese and grated mozzarella with a salted butter and sugar free maple syrup - I only have around once a month as I have problems with sugar substitutes

Oooh I'm tempted now, but will only have savoury ones, as I'm not a sweet tooth at all x

Quite disappointed with my swede and belly pork, I was distracted by my low carb rolls which I had in the oven, think the swede could have been cooked a little more for mashing.
Salad and goats cheese today, will fetch out to defrost some turkey mince for donner tomorrow, must make the mackerel pate today.
Made the pate, thinking curry Sunday as spinach and cauli to use.

at a push you can make chaffles in a small frying pan,  might be worth trying before you lash out on a waffle maker.   they are ok for a change but i prefer my lowcarb bread

I have a waffle maker from Aldi, have them occasionally, same recipe as @Islandmaid for burgers, sausage, bacon, etc, also sweet with a bit of cocoa powder served with greek yoghurt, using almond flour.
