    Rachsecret - here you go
    • 100g Coconut Flour
    • 20g ground Psyllium Husks
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 400ml Warm Water
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil or good olive oil

    DIRECTIONS

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. Rub the mix between your fingers to remove any lumps. Add water (the best combination is 1/2 boiled water & 1/2 cold water) and mix with a spoon until it turns into a firm dough - this takes about 30 seconds. Allow the mix to cool for 10-15 minutes.Divide the mix to form 8 dough balls.Place each dough ball between 2 sheets of grease-proof paper and, either using your hands or a rolling pin, create the size and shape you want. Heat a good non stick pan over a medium / high temperature. Peel off the paper and place in the pan. Cook for 60-90 seconds before turning - the longer you cook it, the crispier it will go. 60-90 seconds on each side will leave it soft.

I make a batch and then freeze some with baking paper between for those CBA nights 👍

Enjoyable day yesterday, the expected ham salad, iceberg, yuk, stayed later than intended so lasagne was offered, will try to make amends today, had a low carb roll with an A1d1 breakfast pattie, savoy carbonara and a gammon steak for dinner tonight.
    Beef defrosting for tomorrow.

Change happened, disappointed yesterday with beef cooked in the Ninja, so many recommendations to cook on dehydrate for hours, only a small piece just under 400g, 4 hrs later, not to my taste.
Making scotch eggs to eat with salad leaves, already made an error as I forgot them and now the yolks will be hard, I like my yolks a bit runny. Probably eat salad for a few days, just going to cook some cauli to make "potato" salad.

Sorry the beef wasn’t up-to parr yesterday Pamdish, but thanks for reminding me about scotch eggs, I like mine wrapped in pork mince and bacon, haven’t made any for ages.

I was supposed to be fasting yesterday, but shared a scoop of ice cream with GS (2] and was ill all day 🙄 at least it was the only thing I ate and reminded me to stick to Keto.  Making up for it today with a HM burger for lunch and sirloin steak and blue cheese salad for supper, was going to be Mackerel but DH hogged them for lunch 😂
