I often make jerky, I have a jar at the moment which I over dehydrated, using my dehydrator machine, it`s actually just very chewy, a small piece needs 20 minutes chewing, what I was attempting was very rare beef, to have with gravy, I barely give a joint 30 mins now, practically just warming it through, but to save turning on my oven I had read of this method, I live alone and buy joints to cut into smaller pieces, think it was too small.
    Chicken thighs with salad today.

Do I need it or just want it.

Pleased you are starting to feel better @Islandmaid it`s horrid struggling to just "do" anything.
Still plowing through my salad bowl, mackerel with it today.
A small change picked up 2 packs of y.s. mussels, so will scatter them over my salad and make pate or a dip with the mackerel

candygirl - are you taking electrolytes? I take a little pinch of salt in all my drinks, coffee only in the morn, water for the rest of the day -  just enough so you don’t taste it, this got rid of my headaches

I am fortunate and don`t suffer with headaches, but my sister does get migraines, she makes an electrolyte drink, not to everyones taste, I can drink it, just.
Will see how I feel later regarding food, bit cooler today so may have something cooked.
