Chicken thighs and roasted butternut wedges. Went shopping this morning, after changing my bed, before the expected deluge, also mowed the lawn/weeds, so something easy .

candygirl yes you can have zero sugar drinks but be aware with some people they start off sugar cravings

islandmaid the halloumi fries look good   btw i am sure you did but check the carbs of the donner meat as some are high in carbs.

Haven`t made doner for ages,  looks delicious,  will go and get lamb mince out for tomorrow, @shykins this is my recipe
    • 500g lamb mince, 1.5 tsp cayenne pepper, 1.5 tsp garlic powder (not garlic salt), 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp oregano,1 tsp salt, have found a recipe for linseed wraps too,
    • Found a celeriac yesterday in M0rries, so thats the fries sorted with a bag of bistro salad, I don`t like lettuce. Tomorrow sorted.
    • Just today to think about,

Shykins, like Pamdish I made my own Donner meat, similar recipe to Pamsih, I also added a sprinkle of Cayenne 😍 just squidge the lamb mince together with the seasoning, let it marinate for a few hours, press firmly into a loaf tin, cover with foil, bake for 40 mins at 170, remove from tin and bake for another 5 minutes, let it rest and slice as finely as possible

HM satay tonight 😋 into a pan coconut milk, pip and seed peanut butter and a splodge of coconut aminos (or soy if that’s all you have, you can add a sweetener, but I don’t bother, stir gently over a low heat for 5/10 mins - that’s it, dip whatever you want in it 😊

Change of menu yesterday, forgotten I had sausages and mushrooms to use, so a mixed grill, made the doner and left wrapped in foil marinating, will have for lunch today.
