I struggle to lose weight if having alcohol, whisky and ginger being my fav, donner cooking as I type, prepared the linseed mix ready to make wraps too.
My neighbour who after seeing my success with low carb decided to try it, knew it wouldn`t last as she never sticks to anything, however in her enthusiasm she ordered lots of items from "buywholefoods" which I now have, almond flour, ground almonds, linseeds, erithritol ?, spelling...... kelp powder ?, spirulina?, nutritional yeast, chucked the potato starch already,
Any ideas for using the last 3 items up please.Do I need it or just want it.1 -

Shykins Gin and slim is my normal tipple of choice but fancied something different, it’s a very dry red so not too bad carb wise 👍
Pamdish - I use nutritional yeast in things like chilli, stews etc, it gives a Umami kick to things, the other 2 sound like something that you’d add to a smoothie 🤢, I’d Freecycle them 😂Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

well done on your haul from the neighbour, i have heard of them and agree with Islandgirl as to how to use them or i guess good old google may reveal some recipes. why on earth do people buy all this stuff and then change their minds, when i first started i never bought anything 'different' until i bought Ground almonds lol
