We’ve been invited to lunch by a good friend that we haven’t seen since before lockdown, so whatever is offered will be gratefully received (she knows I low carb)
if we need anything later we have meats and cheese and I’ve made some seed crackers which are just that, made of seeds, very low carbs 👍

im pretty much carnivore now, so eat very few veg, did have asparagus with our steak last night, but am quite happy without swede/cauliflower etc

Normally I eat low carb and husband doesn't but we both try to eat clean. He has decided that he wants to transition to keto. I was doing a Sainsbury's order and found Green & Black's organic 85% cocoa chocolate on offer at 1.50, saving 50p. Yeo Valley organic yogurt big pot (but not the 1kg size) on offer at 1.50, saving 15p. Evian 6 x 500ml for 1.75 saving 55p - look out for offers as Wimbledon starts soon and Evian is an official sponsor.

I will be trying Sainsbury's frozen New Zealand lamb mince 25% fat 3.75 for 500g. It's not organic but New Zealand is a completely GM free country. Hoping it will make some awesome kebabs.

I love mashed swede @shykins, with a crispy slice of belly pork.

Yesterday We had a lovely lunch with a good friend, very spoiled with scallops, lobster, cote de boeuf, salad and champagne - she is well posh….. 😂

Tonight will be a more sedate affair with steak salad with HM blue cheese dressing
