Ham salad today, popped into $&M and they are doing a nice selection of "skinny" products, got a sweet chilli sauce and a garlic and herb, also a coffee flavouring, I have lots of the flavoured coffee granules, but thought to try these, bit sweet so will use less, but, if desperate for a sweet hit, it`s ok, for zero carb and calorie count some people don`t like the aftertaste but I find ok.

The only syrups I find that don’t have that after taste are the Davinci ones.   Bit more expensive and harder to find but much nicer.    Mind you I am a fussy mare and hate anything ‘fake’ tasting

I try not to buy processed food and not flavoured creamers,syrups, low calorie jellies etc. We make Heston Blumenthal's two ingredient chocolate mousse HESTON BLUMENTHAL’S TWO INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE – Maison Cool 

Tonight, we're having NZ lamb meatballs with HM cloud bread and HM tzatziki plus salad of avocado, radish, Mozzarela, beetroot and herbs.

I treated myself to Raspberries and cream with some grated chocolate on the top last night as I’d been craving sweet, hit the spot 👍

funny enough i fancied sweet last night too.    had some ricotta, peanut butter and a drip of Da vinci caramel syrup.    very yummy and very filling

I have saved the choc mousse recipe too, having roasted veg with belly pork tonight, jelly and creme freche.

Can anybody tell me where is the cheapest place to buy almond flour?  Thanks in advance.

I just use ground almonds as much cheaper .  Usually works out fine
