ASDA has 2 100g bars of Lindt 90% for £3 - husband picked me up some today. ASDA,
President Camembert is on rollback at 1.80, saving 20p
President Brie is also on rollback at 1.50, saving 40p.
Boursin Garlic & Herbs 150g is on rollback 1.50 saving 50p and 3g carbs per 100g
Babybel mini Original is on rollback with a net of 12 costing £2, saving 85p and less than 0.05g carbs per 100g
ASDA organic British Cheddar 250g is on low price lockdown for £2 which is a great price. We are lobbing them in the freezer to use for cooking.
ASDA Grower's Selection organic vine-ripened baby tomatoes are on rollback at 1.50 for 200g. Only 3g carbs per 100g.
ASDA Grower's Selection organic broccoli 300g is on low price lockdown for a bargain £1 and is 2.8g carbs per 100g.

If you're missing gherkins because you're eating clean. ASDA (and Morrisons) sells Kuchnia Polska gherkins Kuchnia Polska Gherkins - ASDA Groceries with zero nasties and 0.6g carbs per 100g but they do need to be stored in the fridge. 1.40 for 700g so ideal for a family/barbecue.

We spiralise veg eg courgetti but altho we love cauli mash, we just don't feel it for cauli rice. Eat Water Slim Rice is usually £2.49 or £2.59  for 200g but own-brand Holland & Barrett konjac rice is £1 cheaper for 70g more and organic.to boot. If you try it and like it you can Subscribe & Save with free delivery.

If you sub konjac or cauliflower rice, curries can be low carb. Check out poppadums as some will be 3.8g carbs per poppadum and those made with gram flour should be gluten free.

ASDA Extra Special Parma ham has the gold crown denoting authenticity. 2.90 for 80g. No nasties, just pork legs and salt. Less than 0.5g carbs per 100g.

i saw somewhere that Home Bargains have the Konjac noodles for £1.    they arent great be warned but if you fry them up with some spices etc they are acceptable
i dont bother with rice with currys and will just have green beans or mushrooms but have tried some of the cauli rices on occasion

Unfortunately they don't seem to have them anymore.  Does anyone know where I can buy them at a reasonable price?

Looked at Poundland website and no konjac noodles on that. Canned tuna, eggs, Napolina canned tomatoes, canned salmon and canned corned beef though.

None on B&M although it has chicken, lemon juice, eggs, cream of tartar, sweeteners, rump steak, sausages, bacon, cheese, butter, mayonnaise, sea salt, Worcestershire sauce, Marmite, green tea and Earl Grey, Himalayan pink salt, canned tuna, olive oil, canned mackerel, white pepper, canned salmon, hot dogs, stock pots, coconut milk, passata, pesto, poppadums, garlic puree, peanut butter, tomato puree, Peperami, coconut oil (I buy mine here as organc and only 1.99 for 300ml), canned corned beef and Oxo cubes.

Poundstretcher has red and white vinegars, pickled cockles, white pepper, distilled malt vinegar, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, Oxo cubes, balsamic vinegar, lime juice ...but no konjac noodles/rice/pasta.

Cheapest I know is Holland & Barrett organic konjac rice/noodles 270g 1.49 but admit that I haven't tried Amazon. Got some from eBay 1.95 but expensive postage so wouldn't buy again.

I haven’t seen them anywhere cheap other than HB.  As I said they aren’t great so wouldn’t buy again unless I saw them very cheap.    Courgetti is much nicer and easier to cook as well

We do have  courgetti and runner/green beans espesh with spaless bolognaise. I find the noodles too chewy and I choked once, but the konjac rice is a great sub for us, because we prefer our cauli as mash eg mashed with broccoli (broccauli mash), with Boursin or with Cheddar and red onions etc.

I bought summer turnips from Riverford 2.45 for 750g and peeled and chunked when necessary, in a cream sauce they were a decent new potato sub and 6.43g carbs per 100g
