Yep, that's the place! In 200 years time, if you visit here, it will just be run by seagulls, the locals forced to flee for their lives and sanity!!!

You lot have finally seduced me with ya sultry talk of fast action yeast not to mention ya bragging about you big baps and crusty bloomers:p So I've dusted a couple of years worth of dust of me breadmaker (once I found it behind the work bench) and I'm putting it through it's paces.

Still busy house doctoring! Still at least the estate agents came today and have valued the house at about 10K more than we expected, still a lot of work to do yet though. I'm spending the evening gardening :(

    Evening everyone :)

I'm finally back onto the internet after moving house a month ago - looks like I've a heap to catch up on!

Not been terribly OS today as I've been working, but the new flat is allowing me to be properly properly OS as I now have all my kitchen stuff back and a kitchen that I can turn round in! This evening when I finally get home (working till 8 then on to see friends for a couple of hours) I'll be making up a big pot of pasta with tuna and tomato sauce (HM, obviously :D ) and batching it up into boxes to freeze - ta da, lots of lunches for work (I've still got some with Olives and pine nuts from last week!)

Popped into the fruit and veg shop on the way to work today and picked up an ENORMOUS bag of fruit for £1 - it's lots of different things, some obviously needing eaten today (which I have!) and some (the very green banana and the apples) obviously in to "make weight" - I worked out roughly what it would cost to buy the constituent parts separately and I've saved about £1 (and I'm well on my way to 5-a-day!).

Now I'm off to hunt up tips for cleaning a vast expanse of laminate floor!
Pre O/S: what's a vitamin? Does it begin with the letter e?Now: I'm not eating any of that pre-made rubbish...

was up at 7am this morning and put the bread machine on,then had to drive the car to the mechanics for welding.walked home and had brekky.Went back to get car and he'd found another problem (He's a good honest bloke) so walked home without the car again.Raked over our dug areas of the veggy plot ,made lunch with new bread and went and got the car.
Covered most of the dug area with weed suppressing stuff(like black sheets) and started digging the new bit then in to put tea on.Out again in a minute to dig some more.(My muscles are getting big ;)).
Found an old rake head and hoe head in the mud yesterday and managed to buy just the handles so now have 2 new very cheap garden tools.Ive found another hoe head today too :D

uh oh..had an expensive day today...bought a breadmaker after reading all the gorgeous sounding homemade bread recipes on here....did buy a packet of "just add water" ready made flour etc in a bag 58p not too bad...a cheese and onion one........the smell as it was cooking was amazing and my very fussy two older boys were taste testers..and the verdict......"its well yummy mum", have a feeling im going to be bypassing the bread aisle in tescos from now on!!

am going to attempt one from scratch tomorrow as i will have more time!!

(p.s.) bought the panasonic one...PMS all gone now....and then some...but ohhhhhh that smell!!!!
