Maybe OP is getting worried as many other folk reported getting their reward days before the switch. Mine was one of those, but I am an existing customer, so perhaps that is the difference?

Yes, the worry would be if a month had passed and no incentive.

And me. Message said credited £100 today, and switch is progressing. Sadly, they didn't put another £100 into my account. The switch complete last Thursday.

We got a text today confirming my OH wasn't getting the incentive (for a switch completed 18th) as "..you've already received cashback for switching to us.."
Expected - but still a little disappointing.

I received my £100 today, switch due to complete on 28th September

Don't know what happened to my switch, was due to be completed from Halifax on 21/9, yet Halifax account stills shows online and no lloyds bonus as yet. I always complete the cass switch form as soon as I am accepted for the new account. Also I've not received any letter from Halifax, a call beckons tomorrow.

Already had a joint Club Llloyds Current Account and needed to open a sole CLCA to benefit from £100 incentive. I was unable to do this online so managed to do it by telephone calling 08000150168 (freephone number - it took more than 30 minutes). You need to have your info ready, give your preferred lifestyle benefit option, do you want a cheque book, can you pay in £1500 each month, and confirm you want to switch (you need the debit card of your donor account for info). This was better than arranging an appointment in branch.
