    You are not appealing again!
I can’t now email them a response as if I am the keeper
I WAS NOT TELLING YOU TO DO THAT FROM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

THE KEEPER does the appeal online on Highview's website, not by email.

PLEASE DO THAT NOW.  STOP DOING THE WRONG THING.

YOU REALISE THE KEEPER IS IN LINE TO BE SUED, NOT YOU?

And this is sooooo easy to cancel.  The easiest one you could have chosen.  We promise you it will work.

  • But I go online to appeal it and it says an appeal has already been submitted, so it won’t let the keeper log another appeal, do you understand what I mean?

Yep, so the keeper posts a letter, snail mail, 1st class and queuing up at the PO to get a FREE certificate of posting (NOT SIGNED FOR!).  A letter giving the KEEPER'S NAME AND ADDRESS, same as on the PCN letter, USING THE FORUM TEMPLATE APPEAL AND NOT SAYING WHO WAS DRIVING.

Basically you have blocked the appeal page by emailing an appeal from the wrong person, without a postal address.

i.e. the keeper has not appealed, at all, yet.  You've left the keeper open to getting debt letters.

THERE IS NO APPEAL IN PLAY WITHOUT AN ADDRESS.

You've had great advice about immediate steps.

Another thing I'd like to check - is this a hire car, company vehicle or suchlike?

Please don't be too optimistic about Park Jockey they are pretty useless.
  • Hi MistyZ, no it’s not a hire car or company vehicle. Il see what park jockey says, otherwise will get the reg owner to appeal in writing using the template etc

No, the keeper needs to do the letter of appeal NOW, this week.  They have 28 days to appeal including the time in the post.

Do not let the clock time out before the postal appeal by the Registered keeper , it's only 28 days from the date on the PCN , so allowing for Postal service issues , no later than 25 days later than the PCN date , with a free certificate of posting from the post office

I did tell you this has been badly handled from the day the PCN was received by the keeper
  • Ok i will get this done on a letter and send it off tomorrow
    thank you

No, not you .... the keeper must do it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
