Personally use Zoopla for valuations and historical sales and Rightmove for sales.5

No one is being particularly mean, even Crashy. You may love it, but are you going to buy it? I wouldn't view it based on those photos and so the idea is to do some proper marketing of it. The OP may not like the feedback, but it's better than months of no viewings in a hot market.MalMonroe said:
The fact that there isn't a floor plan wouldn't bother me at all and wouldn't put me off either viewing or buying, if I were in the market for a property in that area. There is nothing wrong with the angle of any of the photos, stop being mean.NameUnavailable said:A floor plan would be better but that shouldn't put people off from viewing if the price/location/size and style of property is right.I've no idea if the price is realistic or not. I don't think the outside photo of the house does you any favours, I'd ask the agent to retake that one from an angle to show the front door and make it look a little more interesting. The lack of a floorplan in this day and age is silly- they do them with the EPCs, thrown in. No photos with wide angle lens, so it looks small, and no floorplans to refer back to would take it straight of my list. The decor looks alright, it's the terrible photos. Does it have a front door? It's all very well some agent charging .5%, but decent marketing with a good agent working to achieve the best price will get more than that from a buyer.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

No it isn't, it's from streetview! I think you really need a proper photographer.cabbage said:
that’s one I took the other day. ThanksHeres_the_deal said:Nice house. I like this view much better. It shows its true dimensions and places it in context with the views and surroundings.

If I were marketing it, I think I would edit down the description for repetition - I got bored reading UPVC double glazing sixteen times. If you are taking more photos, getting rid of the paint tins in the office would do no harm. Also perhaps add an image of the workshop and dimensions, not lumping it in with the astroturf - this seems a selling point other homes don't have.

I find that picture very unappealing, sorry OP.Heres_the_deal said:Nice house. I like this view much better. It shows its true dimensions and places it in context with the views and surroundings.

You say the house was built about 2005, but the sale records show it as being a new build in 2014 - I wonder if some buyers might take this into account when looking at pricing.4 bed, Detached
