I'm thoroughly confused by it all, a floor plan would definitely help people work out what is where and how the house flows.
The picture of the back of the house especially confuses me. Why do you have a garden that appears to only be half the width of your property? Who owns the part on the other side of the fence? Why does the spiral staircase from the car port not appear to end up in your garden? Where are the photos of the workshop?4 -
Within 1/3 mile there are 10 4 beds on right move for sale 8/2 SSTC. (£435k&£260k)
you are up against

I suspect what has happened a long time ago is the patch at the top of the hill that 15 and this one 15a sit on( with the concrete patch between) may have belonged to the houses below and that bit in the middle was retained for the lower houses parking(they only have a foot path to the fronts) there appears to be a footpath down the side of 15 and to the back of the lower houses(77-81) in the plans from the planning permission for the car port (if the link works if not check the planning)

I am confused about people saying that they wouldn’t view the property, just based on the rightmove listing. Surely, if spending £300k, you would view all the possible properties before deciding? Or is that just me?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1

The property has to appeal to you initially via the listing or why would you even bother going for a viewing? Would you book viewings for every property that happens to fall roughly into your criteria? People are being far more selective about booking viewings (as are EAs) due to the ongoing worry re: COVID. I would never waste my time and that that of the EAs/vendors booking a viewing for a property I didn't really like the look of - what's the point? The listing has to 'grab' you to make you want to see it.
You can't really get a proper sense of the property layout from the pictures in the listing and that's compounded by the lack of floor plan. 4 bedrooms over 3 floors isn't generally what people want in a 4 bed house; most buyers for that type of property would be families. I wouldn't want to be a parent in the top floor master bedroom with one of my children 2 floors down. It's just not a family-friendly layout so it will limit the amount of buyers.4 -
Its not really a 4 bed, more a 3 bed with the dining room/study on the lower ground floor marketed as a bedroom.

I bought a house in 1992 that had dreadful photos on the blurb from the estate agents. It was not a pretty house, but it was a lot better than their photos. I was one of the very few people to view it, and mine was the only offer. It turned out to be a fabulous family home, and a tremendous bargain. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?4

After looking at any property information online, I turn to street view and aerial photos to address my personal concerns. If I'm still interested I join the local facebook group and see what issues are raised for the area. Only then would I consider making an offer.2
