do YOU have any that this hasn't happened ?bradders1983 said:
Do you have any evidence this has happened on a widespread scale?MalMonroe said:What about sitting on planes, never mind about when you reach your destination. People are still dying from coronavirus all over the world. People travelling around on planes are just spreading the virus. What the hell?
Too much of a coincidence imo
Countries and people need to start taking more responsibility for their own welfare and actions - its obvious we can't rely on others to do the right thing.
Spain should NEVER have reopened and should refuse ALL incoming flights rather than rely on others not travelling in the first place.
To those who booked a July/August holiday int he last 4-8 weeks -- you have zero sympathy from me - what the hell were you thinking
The majority could see this coming a mile of - but you just had to have your precious holiday abroad.
As above - nowt wrong with taking a break here or how about just not having a holiday for once - try it, it doesn't hurt

Who says I wont be?
Must be thousands of UK tourists having a holiday in Galicia then, who knew? 🙄
Oh and I wasnt the one making claims about how air travel has caused the localised spiked in Spain so i will leave it for MalMonroe to prove his assertion.

He/She also said that the people on aircraft breath STALE, RE-CYCLED AIR ,untrue ! the air is brought in from one of the engines and passed thru a filtration system that makes it 100% safe.bradders1983 said:Who says I wont be?

Well yes that as well, but let him have his rant.0

All I can say is "if it could go wrong, it probably would go wrong".
My sympathy has gotten a bit thin for the 'must have a holiday' mob, but it must be a nasty shock to suddenly be told that you now have to quarantine on your return. My concern is whether people will actually quarantine as in 'self isolate'?
It would surely have been better not to relax restrictions at all, rather than relax them too soon, and I'm referring to other countries as well as the UK.1 -

My understanding is they contact one in five people by phone. I mean, anyone can pretend to be at home when they ring. An utter shambles of a system which is good for nothing. He said:All I can say is "if it could go wrong, it probably would go wrong".

Why would anyone pretend to comply and not actually do it? Would you want to be the one that infects work colleagues who then go on to infect their elderly relatives? Would you want to be responsible for someone's death/ long term illness?bradders1983 said:

I am 100% sure people will pretend which is the overall point. The system in place is as weak as water.silvercar said:

They'll pretend for the same reason some will ignore, because they'll justify to themselves why they should be exempt from the rules. I do have some sympathy for those who can't afford to quarantine or haven't got an understanding employer/ can't work from home AND are already out there, but not too much for those still deciding to go despite the new rules.bradders1983 said:
