Mine is done, it was done really early on in the process.

I think I've read too many of these threads 😂 
Mine has been done and approved so I was hoping I was going to get the text were all waiting for your offer as been issued but looks like I maybe in for a long wait 😩 thankyou xx

Not as far as I know, all I've had is the confirmation text for the application on the 13th August.

There was abit of a mess up with mine, the original application went in on the 11th August to then find out, there had been a technical glitch (or my broker) and they had rang the seller to arrange a valuation and they'd got the wrong address, the address I live in now theyd tried to value 🤦‍♀️ so application had to be put back through on 20/08 and the valuation was done on the 27/08, received a text on the 11/09 said all approved.....so I was expecting a text last week with the offer but it seems im way out yet 🙈

My timeline:
11 Aug: [Text] Received your application
14 Aug: [Text] Valuation booked for 18 Aug
18 Aug: (MB told me they received the valuation report on 18 Aug, Nationwide didn't inform me)
5 Sep: [Text] Received your valuation report
7 Sep: (MB old me they'd accepted the valuation, Nationwide didn't inform me)
14 Sep: [Nationwide request] Send Aug bank statement

Hey jumping in on this! I got my text saying nationwide received the app 5th august. I did already have an AiP with them but for 1000 less than my mortage offer (wasnt informed of this by broker!). 
I have heard basically nothing since! Everytime I email the broker he says they are waiting for the valuation to be booked. Surely this should have been done my now?! Also say the valuation was sorted this week, does anyone know how much longer it could be after that?
I'm a FTB on my own and have no idea what I'm doing hahaha
