Working day 52: Wife and I are just glad the sellers are understanding despite a degree of anxiety over all these delays. Hopefully we should hear next week but I have learnt after this long that I shouldn't hold my breath.
We were advised that the underwriters have approved the DIP and the valuation value is fine but the 3rd party valuation team has yet to respond to the request.0 -

with everyone experiencing delays in their Nationwide Mortgage Offer, and the timeline online now saying 28 days, is it more likely Nationwide will be asking for updated evidence due to the time lag ( ie newer pay slip, updated bank statements etc)0

I got my DIP on the tenth of August and paid the reservation fee nine days later.
The only document they requested was my payslip and I did email this to them when I got the DIP and then again when paying the fee. Also posted it to them but the status did not change. Eventually called them on the 7th and emailed it to someone directly.
Now I do not have any hard search or any reference to a valuation, does this mean that this still needs to be done?
I am moving home (hopefully...) and the LTV is 50%.
