Created an account to contribute my timeline and details to this after all the unfounded anxiety I experienced applying for a Nationwide Helping Hand product24th June 2024 - Application Submitted and texts received to confirm product reservation26th June 2024 - Text confirming that valuation had been instructed for the following day (27th)27th June 2024 - Text confirming that the valuation had been completed and the report received1st July 2024 - Reached out to broker (moneybox) for an update, advised that NW had asked for my June payslip to confirm bonus (expected as it was not published when I submitted the application) Provided the document within the hour and was advised that there would be a ~3day lead time for the next update4th July 2024 - Received a text confirming that an offer had been issued and was in the post. Proceeded to become a human jellyfish as the anxiety was released!Absolutely no complaints with either Nationwide or Moneybox. 8 working day lead time for the offer on the Nationwide side and my poor Moneybox advisor put up with my incessant questions and worries!1
