Hi all,
bit worried about not having a valuation confirmation yet! Using a broker and the only confirmation we’ve had was the text letting us know they received our application. Last Tuesday (01/09). Most people got their valuation confirmation very quickly after their application confirmation, anyone else in my position?!

Working day for 14 for me! 
Hard search done....several soft checks valuation done....valuation approved! Now what? 😭😩😂 its torture!!

everyone worrying about being on 10+ working days... just wait till you get to 33 working days!! It’s torture!! 😭😭

Our application went in on 18 August. Valuation carried out on 25 Aug and text the same day to say "we've received the valuation report for your mortgage application". Nothing further since then. Our broker is calling them once a week to check in on things. We're in rented accommodation and so far we've had no pressure from our sellers so I assume they're waiting for their own mortgage offer. I'm trying to stay relaxed about things for now; nothing I can do so I might as well try and keep cool about things.

Yay! Finally had a text to say our valuation is booked in for Tuesday 15th. As we have already done the underwriting I'm hoping that this is good news and just a matter of the valuation being up to scratch.

I might chance it and give them a ring before my son wakes up from his nap then 😂🤞🏻 Hopefully you will get some good news!!!!

Now they want another letter from my employer to say I’m back from furlough, so since 21/8.......... I want to scream !!!!
