Apparently they're waiting for a payslip from before I was on furlough and a letter from my work confirming my full salary. Clearly we have to be mind readers as they haven't asked my mortgage advisor for this!

Does anyone think it sounds concerning that we haven't had the valuation booked yet? Application submitted 24th August, hard search done 5th September and nothing else?
    Many thanks

That’s what I submitted to them on 19/8, and nothing since.

Escalation can only be done if you are within 5 working days of exchanging contracts, we should have been doing that today but obviously not going to happen this week now as HTB - ATE is 4/5 working days in the North West.

My broker has gotten some info ‘off the record’ and NW just cannot cope with the workload at the minute, our case has been escalated 3 times in 5 days and still nothing. She is now ringing the Broker line everyday just to keep the pressure on. We are in it for the long haul folks 😢
    29/7 - App Submitted
    30/7 Soft Search
3/8 Text App Rec'd by NW
    13/8 Hard Search
    18/8 Further Docs Req
21/8 Valuation Done - text rec'd PM same day
22/8 Update to Case - Valuation all ok & approved
10/9 Further doc submitted-back from furlough letter
    15/9 Offer Issued

The online timescales state 11 days.  We submitted our application on 28/08 and our valuation was booked on 01/09 and carried out today. Did you go direct or use a broker?
