What did it take for your broker/mortgage consultant to escalate the case?
Our mortgage consultant won't escalate even though we had our valuation back on the 19th of August and the total application time is now at 60 days.0 -

I rang up Nationwide directly today and was told because we re-submitted documents on the 3rd of September we now need to wait till the 21st of September for them to be processed. Even though we submitted all the documents on the 31st of July and some of them were processed on 5th August (why weren’t all?). We were told that they were missing on the 1st September so got them re-submitted and put us back into the queue. Makes no sense, contacted my consultant today to try and sort things out but don’t have any hope. They’re also refusing to escalate.
Chain is about to fall apart. Very frustrating!0 -
