FTB and had a DIP with Nationwide from June this year. The DIP expired so I applied again today and it has been referred - £150k house value, £135k mortgage, 90% LTV.

No negative financial consequences due to COVID as my partner and I work for the NHS, so I am concerned it’s been referred. Has anyone else experienced similar?
Nationwide are referring every application with higher than 85% LTV, so it's perfectly normal. If you go ahead with the full application, you may also find that they do the underwriting up front (before the valuation on the house), and it might take a bit longer. Mine's taken 6 weeks from submitting the application so far, and still no decision.

    26/7 Nationwide 90% LTV Application Received | 26/7 Soft Credit Search | 4/8 Hard Search | 14/8 Underwriter questions | 17/8 Valuation booked | 19/8 Physical valuation & report received | 7/9 Mortgage offer | 27/11 Exchange & Completion

Just got our offer too! Hurray! All searches are back too and all fine so onward with the process! Only spanner in the works is that Nationwide have listed our solicitors name wrongly on the paperwork so that needs to be corrected but otherwise we're good to go!
Congratulations! How long did it take from application to offer.
