The DIP expired so I applied again today and it has been referred - £150k house value, £135k mortgage, 90% LTV.No negative financial consequences due to COVID as my partner and I work for the NHS, so I am concerned it’s been referred. Has anyone else experienced similar?

Just got our offer too! Hurray! All searches are back too and all fine so onward with the process! Only spanner in the works is that Nationwide have listed our solicitors name wrongly on the paperwork so that needs to be corrected but otherwise we're good to go!5
